The group was formed by the partners of BMS Oudtshoorn, Griesel Nel Southern Cape and Enslins Southern Cape. BMS Oudtshoorn dates back to 1914.

We have also recently added LUMENROCK Forensic Investigations, which will service companies and parastatals requiring services in the forensic field. Very recently we have also concluded a deal whereby a Cyprus Company will render certain services, especially in offshore structures and international tax advice to our clients and group companies. Amongst other things the deal includes the licensing of our name to the company, which will forthwith be known as LUMENROCK International.
